Caroline founded The Cotswold Gardening School in 2010 with a simple vision: to provide aspiring garden designers with a professional education that combines creativity, practical experience and individual support.
Drawing on over three decades of experience in design, education and professional practice, Caroline has helped hundreds of students develop the confidence and skills to pursue successful careers in garden design. Today, many of her graduates have gone on to establish thriving design practices, exhibit at RHS Flower Shows and receive prestigious industry awards.

A Lifetime in Creative Design
Creativity has always been central to Caroline's career.
After completing an MA in Fashion Textiles at the Royal College of Art in London, Caroline worked as a Buyer and Brand Manager for organisations including Marks & Spencer and The Walt Disney Company before retraining as a professional garden designer in 2005.
Graduating as Top Student of her year and Runner-up in the Student SGLD Awards, she brought her passion for design into the world of gardens, combining artistic thinking with plants, landscape and the experience of outdoor spaces.
